DELIVERY

1.   Where does Beauty-Worx ship to?
Currently Beauty-Worx ships to all major centres in South Africa. If you are not sure about your address, please send us an email to confirm that we can assist you.

2.   Can I track my Beauty-Parcel?
Yes you can. Please view your order status under "My Account" to confirm that your Beauty-Parcel has been dispatched. Once this is confirmed you can track your box under ‘Track-a-Parcel’.

3.   What is your shipping policy?
All purchases from our online store will have a delivery time of 5-7 business days. We have a few different shipping options available with a minimum charge of R50 and maximum of R120, these options you will select at time of check-out. (please ensure you scroll down the page to view these options)

If you would prefer to collect your order, we do have a pick-up point in Parktown, Johannesburg.

4.   If I pay the shipping fee, how long will it take for me to receive the product I just purchased?
Products with paid shipping fees shall be received within 5-7 working days.

BEAUTY-BUX REWARDS PROGRAM

1.   Do you have an online rewards program?
Yes we do! You can earn Beauty-Bux through a number of initiatives. The value of one (1) Beauty-Bux is R1.

2.   How do I earn Beauty-Bux?
It’s easy! You can do any one of the following to earn Beauty-Bux:

  1. Referrals/Sponsorship Program
    For every friend that you refer to Beauty-Worx, who makes a purchase within our store, earn 5-Beauty-Bux on their first shopping spree. There is no limit to the amount of people your refer to this program.
    The ‘Beauty-Bux’ earned will reflect in your 'My vouchers' section of your account once your friend/s has made payment for their purchase.

  2. Product Reviews
    For every product review you complete, you earn 2-Beauty-Bux.
    You can only review a product once, and it needs to be submitted through our review email which will be emailed to your nominated address every so often.

  3. Online Purchases
    Every time you make a purchase in our online store, you will earn 5-Beauty-Bux for every R150 spent, which can be used on your next purchase.
    These ‘Beauty-Bux’ will only reflect after your payment has been received, you, therefore, cannot use the ‘Beauty-Bux’ earned here on the same purchase.

Please note that you can only use a ‘voucher’ when spending a minimum of R150.

3.   Can Beauty-Bux expire?
Yes they can. Any unused ‘Beauty-Bux’ will expire 1-year after they were earned. Beauty-Bux cannot be redeemed as cash.

4.   I would like to transfer my Beauty-Bux to a friend, can I do this?
Beauty-Bux is not transferable, but why not make the purchase for your friend to surprise her.  

5.   How do I spend my Beauty-Bux?
Redeeming your Beauty-Bux is easy.

To redeem your Beauty-Bux, please log-into your account and proceed to the 'My Account' section by clicking on your name at the top of the page. Once you are in your account please scroll down and click on 'My rewards account (loyalty, sponsorship, ...)'. Here you will see an overview on your rewards and each reward status.

Click on the yellow box saying 'Transform my rewards into a voucher worth'  and confirm the action. Your rewards status will now be updated.

Now go back into your 'My Account' section and click on 'My Vouchers', record your 'Code' and remember to insert this into the Voucher section at Check-Out to receive your discount.Your Beauty-Bux account will be updated once your purchase has been processed. If any new Beauty-Bux points were earned from that order, a new voucher will be created once payment has been received, and will be available for your next shopping spree.

Please note that you can only use a maximum of 50 Beauty-Bux per purchase and not per product.

6.   My Beauty-Bux account has not updated?
Oh no! We are so sorry to hear that. Please email us immediately with all the details so that we can assist you with this problem.

THE ONLINE SHOP

1.   How do I make a purchase in your online store?
This is easy! All you need to do is create an account for yourself and start shopping.

2.   What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your online purchase, please make contact with us so that we can organize the return of the item. All complaints must be made in writing within 5 calendar days of receiving your purchase. Please allow 10 business working days for your refund to be processed – only once your item has been received and inspected will we be able to process a refund to your nominated account/beauty-bux account (whichever option you prefer). Please note that if the item has been damaged or used there will be no refund due.

If your item is damaged due to shipment handling please make contact with us immediately (i.e. within 24 hours of receiving the item) with an image of the product so that we can organize a replacement as soon as possible.

Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable. Credit card fees are not refundable.

3.   I bought something in your online shop, but have changed my mind. How do I cancel the order?
Oh dear! Please email us within 24 hours of making the purchase so that we can stop the order from our side. If your purchase has already started shipping you will not receive a refund for shipping fees, but a full refund on the product will be provided once the unopened (seal intact) product has been returned back to Beauty-Worx. We do our best to try and assist all situations. Please note that if you have made payment by credit card, any fees charged will not be refunded.

4.   Can you save my credit card details in my Beauty-Worx account?
No, we cannot. Beauty-Worx takes the utmost care to ensure your privacy and security. It is, therefore, best to insert your credit card details with each online shopping spree.
